LCDC was originated from the Laminar Engineering and Electro-mechanical Services (LEEMS) to secure the necessary accreditation from the Philippine Contractors Association Board (PCAB). LCDC/LEEMS is a Construction, Engineering and Procurement Contractor established in 2017 with engagement in Engineering Design, Construction, and Installation of Mechanical Ventilation and Air Conditioning Systems, Water Supply Plumbing and Drainage Systems, Electrical Systems, and Fire Protection and Fire Detection Systems, including Civil & Architectural Works.
